Recently served as Director, Brokerage Services for Invitation Homes and responsibilities for overall leasing operations in the State of Illinois and Minnesota.

Steve had a record breaking year in 2016 in both residential and leasing units and total leasing volume. He was awarded the 2016 Top Residential leasing agent by the Chicago Realtor Association. He is recognized as a leader in the United States for rental units closed with 1,258 units. Since 2014 Steve and his teams of leasing agents have closed more than 4,100+ SFR with an estimated leasing volume 93.7 million.
In 2017, Steve transition from a rental-based business to a sales-based business and has now become recogized as one of the top individual sales agent in Illinois.
